Who is responsible for your data

Agilera Juridik AB (org. no. 559586-7614), Stockholm, is the data controller for the personal data described here. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and are bound by professional confidentiality in every matter.

What we collect and why

• Callback form: your name, phone number, email, area of law and anything you write about your matter — so we can contact you about it. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box.
• Booking form: the same details plus the date and time you choose — so we can hold the consultation. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before an engagement.
• Client matters: the information needed to handle your case. Legal basis: our agreement with you and our legal obligations (for example accounting rules).
• WhatsApp and email: what you send us when you contact us that way.

Free assessment tools (Kompass, Fair, Bond)

When you use one of our free tools, the description you write is sent to the AI service DeepSeek to produce the assessment. Please do not include names, ID numbers or other details that identify you or others.

To see the full assessment you verify your email address with a code we send you. If you agree, we save your email address, and each time you run an analysis your answers and the full result are sent by email to Agilera Juridik so that a lawyer can follow up with you. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Cookies and advertising measurement

If you accept in the cookie banner, the site uses Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which ads lead to a contact request, a booking or a WhatsApp message. This sets cookies from Google and shares information about your visit with Google. If you decline, Google's tag is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. The site does not use other tracking cookies.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers that help us run the site, under data processing agreements:

• Fly.io — hosting of the website and database (servers in Stockholm).
• Our email provider — sending confirmations and notifications.
• Google — advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies (see above).
• DeepSeek — only the text you enter in the free tools.
• Meta (WhatsApp) — if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.

How long we keep your data

Callback and booking requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact. Data in client matters is kept as long as the matter requires and as long as the law obliges us to (for example 7 years for accounting records).

Your rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Have incorrect data corrected.
• Have your data deleted, or its use restricted.
• Object to our processing and receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect processing that already took place.
• Complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
